Transform always in search of satisfying our customers in the best possible way and aiming at their valorization, is responsible for the replacement of products that present manufacturing defects.
Warranty covered items:
– Parts that have a manufacturing defect, with up to 3 months of commercialization from the issuance of the invoice.
– Transport breakdowns, when identified at the time of receipt with reservation at the CTe and signature of the driver.
– Differences in quantities and/or models, when identified at the time of receipt with reservation at the CTe and signature of the driver.
Items not covered by warranty:
– Pieces with more than 3 months of sale from the issuance of the invoice.
– Parts that have undergone alterations from their original manufacturing characteristics.
– Defects due to improper installation.
– Misuse defects.
– Defects from improper storage.
Storage:
The way you will store your pieces will or will not help with conservation.
